Daniel (Dan) Richardson - Co-Founder & Director

Daniels (Dan’s) role at SPRINT is to ensure the Operations and day to day run smoothly. Dan’s passion is in all aspects of the building and Property Maintenance. He has extensive knowledge of every trade and not only has the knowledge, but the experience to back it up. With over 15 years of experience from general trades to specialist trades, such as plastering and roofing. Dan grew up in Eastbourne and started working in construction from the age of 17. Over the years he has worked for local for companies or himself and over this time he has built a reputation for being reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy.
Dan is the fountain of knowledge for all things Property Maintenance and is always there to offer his help and guidance.
“I knew from an early age I wanted to know all things relating to building and maintenance, so as soon as I could I started working on building sites as a labourer, learning everything I could and have continued that mindset, over 15 years on. I want to not just be capable to doing a lot of general trades, I wanted to further my experience with specialist trades, which is something I continue to do. I am a people person, and nothing makes me happier and prouder to hear that we have exceeded a client’s expectations. I believe a good reputation is everything and I always strive for perfection in anything I do or am involved in.”
Robert (Rob) Neill - Co-Founder & Director

Robert (Rob’s) role at SPRINT is to ensure that the business is run to a high standard with customer stratification being priority No.1. Rob’s experience centres around Residential Property, mainly Lettings and Property Management. He has made his passion his career and been involved in property for over 15 years. He has worked for Independent and Corporate Agencies. He started in the industry as an Administrator and progressed to senior positions, culminating in holding a position of Managing Director for a national Property Company.
With Rob being in a unique position to know what clients and agents want and need, he can ensure that SPRINT deliver these as standard.
“Over the many years of working in the Lettings industry, I have found that it is difficult to find a Property Maintenance company that maintains a quality and professional service. After all, these companies are an extension of the Agency. Therefore, it is so important to ensure you have a company that can not only complete the work in a timely manner but also are professional and prompt and communicate. Therefore, SPRINT was formed to offer a service to all, that provides clients with all their expectations as standard but much more.
