We know there’s lots of small maintenance works that are needed, that you want dealt with quickly.
This service saves you having to wait on quotes, whilst being able to inform the landlord of the expected costs.
Following us being provided with a works order, we will arrange to attend to complete the works swiftly and will look to diagnose the problem before attending, so that we can attend the property with the required parts.
This service is for works that would take between 1-3 hours. For works that will take longer than this, we will provide a FREE quotation.
