Sprint’s Portfolio Subscription - Terms of Service.
Sprint Property Services Ltd advises that the terms to ‘The Landlord Subscription’ Initiative are subject to the below conditions and that the right is reserved by Sprint to cancel the initiative at any time, for any reason - however, agreed commitments shall be respected from when the offer was active.
The purpose of the Sprint Private Landlord Incentive is to provide a service that caters for and tends to the needs of portfolio owning private landlords, by way of providing the service of Property Maintenance. Within the working hours (unless reactive), Sprint will act as a point of call for tenants at the request of their landlord, covering troubleshooting over the phone whilst also offering our standard initial call out rates at half price in exchange for a monthly subscription fee.
Subscription
The Subscription fee is offered in two formats: Monthly or Annually:
Monthly - Sprint Property Services charge £15.00 on a monthly reoccurring basis.
Annually - Sprint Property Services charge £120 on an annually reoccurring basis.
This offer (as it is presented) is applicable on the terms that one subscription covers between one and five properties, within a ten-mile radius of ‘Central Eastbourne, East Sussex’. We have determined the central location as Eastbourne Town Centre. You are advised to check that your property / properties qualify and fall comfortably within this radius - If you are in doubt, please contact The Sprint Team to enquire further.
As part of the subscription, clients are rewarded with 50% discounts on the first hour call out charges. A complete breakdown of these prices can be found below. Please note: These prices are subject to adjustment and change at Sprint’s Discretion for any reason, at any time. Agreed upon commitments on active jobs will remain respected, and an adjustment on the below shall not increase or decrease the subscription fee. In acknowledgement of the disapproval in an increase of call out charges, all subscriptions can be cancelled with no opt out charge, but any funds paid to Sprint for this service whether it be monthly or annually will not be refunded.

For any works that require parts that are not available or that cannot be completed whilst on site due to them being more than the agreed spend limit Sprint will issue a quotation for approval.
Activation of Subscription
On receipt of the first subscription payment, we shall assign each client an individual account number which shall be unique to their account. These numbers can be passed on to the tenants of let properties covered under the subscription but must not be shared with anyone else.
Changing Details
It is agreed that the landlord must update Sprint regarding any change deemed relevant to our service and line of work. Examples of these instances could be a change over in tenancy, a boiler repair / replace not carried out by Sprint or a warranty for goods being taken out or expiring.
Tenants
We will request that a tenant agrees to the below statement before submitting works where possible, however this is not always possible. Even where works or damage is believed to be the responsibility of the tenant, a landlord will still agree and acknowledge that our costs are to be respected, and paid in full by themselves, irrespective of internal deliberation.
As a tenant under Sprint’s Portfolio Subscription, you are required to ensure that suitable checks have been made, and that an effort has been undertaken to resolve the issue to the best of your ability. Sprint would also advise that you are familiar with your tenancy agreement, and therefore only use our service to request maintenance works that falls upon the landlord’s responsibility, as per the tenancy agreement and Housing Act.
In the event of accidental or intentional damage being the sole reason a request order is submitted, or is the cause of a further issue encountered, Sprint would advise that you are obligated to inform us of the cause of damage in the submission or upon our visit to the property. Should you fail to disclose this information, you may be held liable for certain costs.
Sprint’s submission form / contact numbers should only be used where the work directly applies to property maintenance. In the instance of a potential life threatening emergency, you would be required to contact the relevant emergency services.
By clicking and submitting a works request, the tenant agrees to any / all information Sprint deem relevant being passed onto our client (the landlord / owner of the property)
